Tickets must be purchased using a credit card that the purchaser is permitted to use.
The information, photos and events appearing on the site are all provided by the event organizers, SmarTicket provides the ticket sales services only. It is the responsibility of the various event organizers to fulfil the requested service to the purchasing customer.
In case of cancellation of an event by an organizer, the buyer will receive a refund of the full amount, via the credit card (or other payment method) with which he made the order.
The Menachem Begin Heritage Center maintains your right to privacy and undertakes not to transfer your information to any third party.
The customer gives his consent to receive by e-mail and cellular information related to his purchase. It will also be added to the company's database for information on future shows, promotions, coupons, etc. You can unsubscribe at any time from the mailing list.
Product return policy - the cancellation must be made within 14 days of the transaction and the day of the show / event. According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the transaction will not be credited at all "if the cancellation date applies within 7 working days prior to the date the service is to be provided" i.e. 7 working days before the show takes place and / or 14 days from the transaction.
Individual tickets that a part of larger purchase cannot be canceled.
Cancellation of transaction and credit - the customer is obliged to return the ticket / s to the box office up to two days before the show / event.
In the case of an electronic card, do not use the card or barcode.
The barcode will be canceled and deleted from the system at the time of cancellation and credit.
Cancellation fee - In the event of cancellation, the Menachem Begin Heritage Center will charge the customer a cancellation fee that does not exceed 5% of the transaction price, or 100 NIS, whichever is lower,
The cancellation request must be made by email only, to the Menachem Begin Heritage Center and the credit will be paid up to 7 working days.
Non-arrival - In case of non-attendance at the show no financial credit will be given.
